If the unit is unavailable, you will be directed to another unit closest to your preference.
   
> Upon selection of the unit, please instruct your us to hold the unit for you. Holding of the unit verifies that you are certain in acquiring the unit.
   
> The initial cash-out or Reservation Fee is ?25,000.00 (twenty five thousand pesos) for every unit held.

    Signed Reservation Agreement (RA)
    For Early Occupancy, RA must reflect a unit qualified for the Program
    (in terms of availability and unit price)
    For Early Occupancy, SOP must reflect a term qualified for the Program
    Buyer’s Information Sheet
    BIR Form 1904 for Spot 20% an above
    Reservation Fee
    Complete PDCs (Post Dated Checks)  / AKCA Requirements

    Proof of Billing (electricity bill, water bill, phone bill)
    Photocopy of 2 valid ID’s
    Latest ITR
